Embodied Childbirth Prenatal Yoga provides empowerment and tranquility needed for labor and birth. Yoga is a tool used to de-stress and address the common aches and pains caused by pregnancy. Learn to understand your pregnant body through each movement while building stability and balance.

Faith Grett
My name is Faith Grett. I am a mama to a beautiful little boy and a military wife to an amazing man! My exploration into birth work was inspired by my own birth journey. I had my sweet boy in February of 2023 via unmedicated water birth. It was the most beautiful, instinctual experience of my life. During postpartum, I found a love for yoga as it was incredibly healing- not only physically, but mentally as well. Shortly after attending my first yoga class, I went on to become certified as a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor, and as a DONA trained birth doula. With my work I hope to inspire and educate other expecting mothers about how they can birth the way they choose.
